Dave Geyer and Koen Janssens are a couple of South Aussie winemakers (and Dave grows the stuff) who have combined their powers for this wine label. There's savagnin, which tastes great from the Jura, but now also tastes great from Adelaide Hills. It's got a kind of juiciness going on, a touch lemony in its freshness, offering up a subtle, saline tang that nods in the direction of Jura whites. Unreal drinkin'.
100% Savagnin from Adelaide Hills. They call this beach cause it’s more easy going and has more playful characters to it. Primary notes then lift up first palette with lemon curd on steroids that makes the second go absolutely bonkers. Best to be enjoyed with friends on the beach or in the park.
