Tasting notes: Deep dark red. Intense aromas of fruits and flowers, especially violet and blackberry. Unctuous in the mouth, with notes of spices and licorice, this is a powerful and concentrated wine.
Production notes: Manual harvest with a strict sorting at the vineyard. Before the winemaking, the grapes are sorted a second time and de-stalked. Vatting for 20-25 days in cement vats, with several pumping over and rack-and return operations during the vatting. Ageing for a minimum of 8 months.
