The wines of Domaine Dupeuble are imported by Kermit Lynch and represent some of the best quality and value from the Beaujolais region.
Strong advocates of the lutte raisonnée approach to vineyard work, they tend their vines without the use of any chemicals or synthetic fertilizers. The vineyards, planted primarily to Gamay, face Southeast, South, and Southwest, and about two thirds of the property is on granite-based soil.
The rouge is 100% Gamay. It's elegant, fresh and dry with bright fruit:
Fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts and carbonic maceration.
